Al Vicoletto - TRAPANI

Superlative fish cookery. Very inventive and beautifully presented. Friendly staff in a pleasant small room off a tiny alley way quite difficult to find.

Been here last year and loved it, so we came back last month. Good is superb, service is kind and attentive. The place is a real gem!

After a 10 km hike and 20 km bicycle ride we were ready for a hearty Italian meal and dessert. Given the Recommendation by our guides we were sure to give it a shot. We had the hotel receptionist make a reservation for the opening time of 19:30. First in we had the pick of where to sit. With only 10 tables the place filled up quickly. Our English speaking waiter gave us the run down on fish specials and went so far to show us the fresh specimens. We had two different octopus salads, grilled cod and another white fish . Everything was scrumptious!

We had dinner at the vicoletto last Saturday at dinner and had fun! the owner daniele was very kind, very nice and very prepared on the culinary offer of the restaurant! excellent dishes and well presented! flavors, colors and perfumes really good and so much friendliness! good wine, well recommended and good desserts! considering that we have been in trapani for a small holiday, I will return very gladly if I will find myself again in the city and I highly recommend it! I'm glad you're going!
