Ballyroe Heights - Tralee

I was at 2 wedding at the hotel years ago and really enjoyed it... but on our way home from ballyheigh today we said we would go for a bite,, The food was excellent,,, the staff were lovely individuals everyone of them..As we all know eating out is expensive,,, but at this hotel they put a massive dinner out in front of us... the quality was excellent... for the first time in a long while must say this hotel gave great value for money... If you are in tralee it is only a few minutes outside the town,, it is well worth a visit and I feel you will be very impressed like we were... Even we wanted to see the function room and the reception were so kind in letting us see it upstairs... Thanks for a very nice experience...

I got married here back in 2008. Over the years, I have been to several weddings as a quest, as part of the wedding party, and for family events. The hotel is always spot on, the staff are lovely and the food is always very good. Last night, we were in for a family anniversary meal, and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff on were excellent, friendly service, and the meal was great, with solid portions, really very good. I would highly recommend Ballyroe to anyone .

Be. aut. iful. I cannot say enough about the views. They are expansive. The building itself sits on the side of a hill, so prepare yourself for steep walks on pavement or climbs up stairs from the parking lot. Large Windows face the countryside and the scene is split nearly perfectly between sky and land. Our room did not have cooling, but we were fortunate to stay on a night which allowed us to keep the windows fully open to bring the temperatures down. The only interrupting noises we heard were from the odd passing racer on the road below or from playful children rooming as well. In the morning we discovered our kettle was dirty, but it was replaced promptly after calling down. Service was friendly throughout. We feel so fortunate to have been able to room here for even one night.

Place is absolutely stunning. I arrived here and Wow. Breathtaking. First Time here and definitely recommend. Reception was probably the most friendly Reception I have ever recieved..food in the bar was stunning. Pints were prefect..curry was top notch. Kids pizzas were lovely. Scenery was just picture perfect. Kids rolled down the hills many times taking it all in..rooms were spotless. Entire places was beautiful. Wifi worked perfect. Didn't have much Reception in the entire area anyway. But could make calls off WiFi so that was more then enough. Sometimes no phones ringing is actually brilliant.. definitely recommend.. Im a reviewer of many places and if I could give more then 5 stars here i would. An absolute gem of a hotel. What an asset and 5 minutes from tralee town with outstanding views. Will definitely be promoting this place..thank you ballyroe heights hotel

Family hotel, no pool but great hills out front to play on and very near banna and feint beaches. Food good and plentiful. Family room comfortable double and two singles. Breakfast was good.
