I visited this restaurant for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a set menu for 2, but requested to change the bungalow for madras, which they forgot to do. However, the bhuna was excellent and the rogan josh was even better - possibly the best I've had in a long time. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you!

We paid a £50 deposit to reserve a table for Mother’s Day. However, when the bill arrived, the restaurant refused to refund the deposit as we had originally booked for 14 people but had to amend the numbers due to some family members not being able to make it. Despite being regular customers and spending a significant amount on our meal, the staff was rude and unaccommodating. The restaurant was full and had a constant draft due to the door being left open. They also missed items from our order and served a drink in a cracked glass that resulted in my sister-in-law cutting her finger. There was no apology or compensation provided. Overall, we were extremely disappointed and will not be returning. We recommend trying Curry Cottage on Washway Road instead for better food and customer service.

Lamb samba, OMG best curry in the north no rubbish no silly colours just really good curry, and actually spicy when it's supposed. To be. Good service always. Nice to my kid. Popular always full. Has a little parking round the back.

We decided to try a new place for curry and were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We were two couples dining together and we all agreed that it was a fantastic restaurant. It was the first time we all finished our meals completely. The portion sizes were generous as well. We will definitely be going back again or may even order takeout in the future.

Over charged all of us for food and drinks, miss pricing items. Took around 2hrs after order for our food to arrive. Service was terrible. There was a fly in my drink and the server looked at me as if I’d put it in there myself. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend
