Burger King - Trafford

I ordered two Angus Steakhouse burger meals, which cost £18.11. Despite having all the components to make great burgers, the bacon was undercooked, the cheese was cold, and the burgers were barely cooked - nothing like the perfectly flame-cooked pictures. I place the blame on the person who made them, and Burger King needs to ensure that their staff are producing a quality product and not just putting in minimal effort.

The man entered my order incorrectly on the register. I requested a "plain whopper with cheese, just cheese nothing else," but when I received the receipt, I saw that he had entered it as a standard whopper with cheese. Luckily, I was able to get his attention quickly and he had to manually write "PLAIN" next to each burger on the receipt with a pencil. Despite this mishap, the service was very fast. The only other issue was that when we ordered 2 whopper meals and a kids meal, they all came in one bag without a box for the kids meal. Additionally, one portion of chips was missing.

As expected for fast food. good choice of menu. Unfortunately Had bad belly the following day . Very busy but fast service.

The burger was served cold and the drinks were poured from bottles that were not chilled or with ice. There were no sauces provided. Unfortunately, the dining experience at Trafford Centre never seems to improve.

Complete waste of my time and money, not only did I wait just short of a lifetime for my food to arrive, I was a served a cold, stale burger and they forgot the 30p sauces. Staff were incompetent imbeciles. Not a single member of staff appeared to be doing anything of good use, obviously didn’t share a brain cell between them. Staff completely unaware of any hygiene standards, seen blowing bubble gum bubbles, swinging their thick greasy hair around like they were auditioning for a L’Oréal advert. Don’t be waste your money
