Prompt and friendly service, social distancing and staff was very conscious of cleanings.

Not the best photos, sorry! But, good vegan options. I always get Oatmeal (ask for no milk in it , their seasonal fruit cup, their red potatoes with green peppers and onions (which they just updated to no longer have dairy in it! , hash browns with fajita mix (cooked green peppers and onions on top, and a nice glass of orange juice (free refills! Overall great food, but personally a small portion size. :

Love dining in the food is better. The service can be great but it also can get lousy.

Not bad, it's what you've come to expect form IHOP. The big plus, it's open 24 hours.

Service ever sat the worst at 10:30 now it is 11 o'clock and still wait to be served my mouth to get coal nets because we don't even get a glass water
