Bidrage med feedbackI would normally give Dunkin' 5 stars as the food and drinks are great. This morning it took me 20 minutes to get my food and coffee. I had time if not I would have gone next door to McDonald's. It appears 1 or 2 people are working at this time slot. If I were management, I would have at least 4 people working in the mornings. Yes you are going to spend another $20-30 per hour but you will makes $100's more. I am sure you are losing a lot of business because of the long wait. Hope you read this post and take steps to be more efficient.
I often drive by this restaurant on my way to work at night to pick up a cup of coffee for myself and occasionally for my coworkers. Every time, they get the coffee taste just right, and their service is quick and efficient. What really sets this location apart, though, is the manager, Summer. She always surprises us with little perks like free coffee or a couple of boxes of donuts, saying, “This is for you and your hardworking team! I appreciate you!” The nurses get so excited when they see me walk into the unit with those boxes. They often exclaim, “Free again?! Wow!” It’s these small gestures that truly make a difference. A simple box of donuts can bring the biggest smiles. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Dunkin’ Donuts and especially to Summer for her ongoing generosity. We appreciate you more than you know!
I visited this Dunkin' for the first time since moving here, and I have to say I'm impressed! For just $5, I got two croissant sandwiches. The coffee was robust and strong, and I really enjoyed the cocoa mocha—it had a wonderfully rich bitterness to it.
It was my first time visiting, and I found the staff in the drive-thru to be incredibly helpful. They made me a delicious cup of coffee!
They have a drive thru.
