Spectacular view over Saigon. Excellent place to enjoy good music with good people. An attractively priced menu offers all you need in food drinks. This all accompanied by a nice cooling breeze.
Cool space, great staff, and one of the best house DJs I've ever heard. Not just in Saigon, but anywhere. It was great to look out and have drinks with friends and some great music. Definitely a new regular spot for me.

This place rocks! Upper is a premium rooftop experience without completely burning a hole through your wallet for a fun night out. Consider it folks!
