Tgi Fridays Baltimore - Towson

I was very upset. It’s advertised they are open until 2 AM and when I called to see when the kitchen closed I was told at 1 AM. Went to go see Lion King with my boyfriend and wanted to treat him to dinner. Had a reservation for this place as well. Came in and was told there was nothing they could do. HORRIBLE! Almost ruined my date night. Luckily my boyfriend wasn’t upset and we went somewhere else! Next time, make sure all of the employees know when the kitchen closes and ADVERTISE that as well.

Our booth and floor had a sticky substance all over it. It ruined our night. Waiter had too many tables. We had to wait 10 minutes for straws.

Entrees were over cooked (salmon, soft pretzel was crispy) French dip was well done. Needed to remind server to bring bar beverage and waited 5 more minutes after the reminder

Service was terrible. Food was very slow in coming out, half of the entrees came out before the other half. Server did not refill drinks, did not place salad order correctly. Many staff standing around at the entrance while most tables were waiting for service.

I usually visit the Silver Spring, MD, or Alexandria, VA locations, but my experience at the Baltimore restaurant was a great disappointment. We made a reservation through OpenTable, and although the restaurant was empty, we weren't greeted and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes. We tried to be patient. When we were finally seated, our waitress Arianna took our order, but we didn't see her again until it was time for the bill. We noticed that she was regularly checking on the other two tables, including one that was seated after us. I was incredibly disappointed with this visit!
