Slow down. Only 2 people work1 in the kitchen, which was manager and a crew member at the counter. A lot is waiting for everything.

Airport food is always more expensive but I was just happy they were open. The food was made in a timely manner and hot when I received it. It's kinda weird to praise McDonald's but they were right on time

I always take a chance at this McDonald's location (Walmart Nottingham) hoping it will get better! No such luck! Lesson learned! Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe but got a regular quarter pounder. Drink was overflowing cup so when I put in the straw, it splattered all over my hand. Fries were old and cold. Asked for ketchup, cashier just threw some in my bag. Never got a receipt; cashier just crumpled up the receipts and threw them away so I couldn't do the survey. Poor customer service at this one. Maybe Subway should take over at this location!
