The hosts are very friendly at this restaurant. The dining experience is excellent, with good value and quick service. The breakfast special of bacon and eggs for $5 is a fantastic deal.

I parked in the big4 car park next door. The dinner at this restaurant was excellent. The owner was very friendly, the service was excellent, and the food was outstanding and reasonably priced. The restaurant is open to the public and I highly recommend it.

If they like good meals for dinner and a cheap breakfast, this is the place to stay. the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, covered parking directly in front of their door and the price is cheap. the management and the staff are very friendly, grounded people....I have stayed there twice now and I will stay there again when I visit the beautiful city townsville.

A good round place to stay. good honest accusation friendly staff and a nice breakfast. a great place to stay for traveling, on the outskirts of townsville. we enjoyed our stay there and would return, but must be before as it is popular.

My daughter, four grandsons, and I enjoyed a meal together at a restaurant to catch up while the boys were home from university. It was a perfect place for a quiet get-together, and we visited mid-week. We started with prawn cocktail and oysters Kilpatrick for our appetizers. The roast of the day was pork with a side of vegetables (potato, pumpkin, cauliflower, and broccoli) served with gravy. Other dishes chosen included salmon, chicken, and pork chop. I opted for the roast of the day and found the meat and vegetables to be well-cooked. As a vegetable lover, I would have liked less pork and an extra serving of pumpkin, broccoli, or cauliflower. The portion sizes were not huge, but adequate and satisfying. The meals were good value for money, and the service was excellent with a friendly atmosphere. I look forward to returning again.
