Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

First time at Freddy's. Oh my, the cheese curds were delicious!!!

I came in to pick up a to-go order, and was told it was being prepared. 8 minutes pass, there's a single customer in the store, and 5 employees just standing around. Manager is at table working on his computer. I ask if my order was almost ready and they say they have no record of it lmao... The receipt for it along with the soda for the order were sitting on the front counter. They all seemed oblivious. Save your time here and go to Steak N Shake.

Great double cheeseburger. FIrst time there. I was craving a cheeseburger for quite a while. And this was very good.Parking: No problems.Kid-friendliness: Yes. Good for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Overalls drive thru time took over 15 minutes, missed our sodas, despite having one car ahead.Food was overall good but would recommend stopping and walking in, rather than going through the drive-thru.

Freddys/Andys? I love them both. I'll get whichever is closest. Super delicious and fresh custard. I always get a concrete and it makes my day!
