Dunkin' Donuts - Town of Smyrna

Their coffee could be improved. I used to work at Dunkin' Donuts, and this particular location did not meet customer expectations.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Dunkin'. The staff was incredibly rude, especially when I asked about my drink being made with oat milk due to a dairy allergy. The older man at the window was downright mean when he said he didn't know and didn't bother checking. He just read off the ticket and insisted that's what I ordered, even though I saw it contained dairy. He thought I was confused with the black coffee we also ordered. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I will not be returning to this location.
