The Green Bowl - Town of Poughkeepsie

I work in the mall and I’m on a tight schedule. So typically I order in advance. Usually my food is not done when it says that it will be done, and I end up waiting an additional 10 to 15 minutes for it. Why have an online ordering system if you can’t even make the food on time? Second of all, they have very few gluten-free options available as far as sandwiches go. I ordered today only for them to call me when my food was supposed to be done already, to tell me that they are out of gluten-free bread. I get there and they have no substitute for gluten-free bread. So I ask if I can get something else. I was hoping to order a rice bowl.To which the manager at the time said that I would have to pay extra for avocado, two dollars extra for avocado seems a bit much. Especially with the amount of avocado that they give you. I have to say, I love their location across from Dutchess Stadium, but the mall location is honestly three or four steps down. They carry no gluten-free wraps, and most times they don’t have gluten-free bread, such as a time today. I was extremely excited when I learned that there would be a mall location, seeing as being a gluten-free person especially working in the mall, it is so difficult to find options. But this location is nothing like their original location and I am fairly disappointed.

I’m annoyed that I come every morning to get a sandwich and I’m waiting 10-20 mins for a bacon egg and cheese. You have the cashier who looks like they don’t give a dam or is too dam tired to communicate to the chefs vice versa my sandwich got done and sat for 3 mins for them to give me the wrong sandwich so I had to wait for them to fix it why did my sandwich take 30 mins???? THERE IS NO SENSE OF URGENCY

Delicious food and so many varieties. With a sensitive stomach I appreciate their clean foods as well as fair prices. A favorite !!

The vegan soul panini is genuinely the best thing I've ever eaten I've never left a review on anything but I ate this panini 3 days in a row it tastes like it has magic in it sooo yummy

Finally a lunch option that isn't a fast food chain. It's clean, fast, and they get the order exactly as requested. The prices are reasonable and there is enough variety on the menu to please most people. It's worth a try if you are in the galleria and are looking for something to eat.
