Full Throttle Bbq - Town of Marcy

*DOES NOT RECOMMEND* My friends had hired Full Throttle BBQ to cater their wedding September 4th. No one showed up or even gave me a call to tell me they couldn't do it. The bride and a couple guest even called and messaged him wondering where he was fortwo hours on top of her Husbands best man seeing if he was lost on the road or still at his business before we gave up andcalled a local pizza place to cater the wedding. No one ate till about 6:45pm that day when food should have been there at3:45pm. She then got a call the next day and was told his mother passed away Friday and the guy he left in charge to cater thewedding and handle it decided to go on vacation instead. She told him she was sorry for his loss and was being understanding she just wanted her money back that she paid and to pay for the pizza they had to get because no one showed. Said that would beno problem he would get it to me Thursday. So the other day she showed up at his business before he opens at 11:10am and satthere. No one showed up by 11:30am when they are suppose to open so she had messaged their facebook page. He told me he gave itto his guy to give to me and he should have been there. This guy couldn't show up to cater my wedding or even show up to pay meback which he should be fired for. She was told she would have her money the other day and he would reach out to me. This wasaround 11:30am the other morning. Still no word from anyone. Now she will be taking them to court.

Went for a catered graduation party! Food was great, family run restaurant, fun atmosphere, and friendly people!

The best smoked chicken I didn't know what to choose it was good

We have been there a few times now the food is good. Owner staff are personable. It's nice to here country music playing instead of hip hop junk. My wife likes the turkey dinner. Today I had sloppy joe over fries. ????

I am very sad to review this restaurant so poorly after hearing some positive comments. I had dinner with three other people and not one of us was satisfied. Pulled pork was dry, overcooked and cold, the macaroni and cheese was nasty. Tasted likereconstituted cheese powder was used and simply poured over some pasta that was undercooked. Turkey and gravy over Texas toastwas the special; turkey was deli sliced turkey. Certainly not home cooked, smoked or carved in any way. Garlic mashed potatoesunder spiced and served cold. To say the least, we will not be returning.
