Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Halfmoon NY Location: place is busy busy, dual drive-thru line is long. Staff is efficient and courteous and keeps the line moving with a friendly smile and hello. Food is standard pepeye chain, so if you like Popeyes, there's nothing to add.

Tried to get there before lunch rush. But when I pulled in at 11:25 am there were already enough cars in the drive thru to make me consider changing my mind. I’m glad I waited. The wait while long moved steadily keeping hope alive. Classic Chicken sandwich was delicious. Crust was crispy and flavorful. More surprising was the chicken itself. Tender, juicy and perfectly well done. Red beans and rice was perfect. Store was spotless and exhausted staff managed to be friendly and courteous. Amazing experience.

Great service great food! I didn’t get her name but the lady taking orders with the glasses on working 12:30 Friday 2/18 is a rockstar. This place was slammed and she had a great personality and got us in and out! More people in the hospitality business should be like her! Will definitely be back!

I was at the Clifton Park location on Saturday the day after the grand opening the day before. I ordered chicken for ourselves and our neighbors and was so disappointed with the chicken. There was one breast, 2 thighs and 2 legs and 4 wings. It was a box of 9 piece chicken. It was severally overcooked and couldn't believe there was only one breast. My neighbor called me with the same complaint. Not only was the chicken over cooked but it was very expensive. Also I ordered a large mashed potatoes and received a large fry instead. If the line wasn't around the corner and down the street I would have gone back. I give it two stars because of the lovely woman training the new employees.

Talk about a company that is not for customer service. The manager at the front desk asked me to speak louder so she could hear me. And then complained that I was being disrespectful due to how loud I was speaking for her to hear me. I was speaking louder to tell her the order was completely wrong. I ordered spicy wings, mashed potatoes and gravy and Cajun fries. I got original wings mashed potatoes with no gravy and no Cajun. She then told me I need to wait for the order to be corrected for 10 minutes. In which I said I need my money back. She said I need to wait a few minutes for that. This is twice that I have run to the store just for a meal and got nothing. That woman at the front desk should be fired and never put into any form of hospitality or customer service.
