Dad's Copake Diner - Town of Copake

We had a wonderful dinner at Dad's Diner. It's rare for a restaurant to truly surprise me, but this one did. Our waitress, Colleen, was the best I’ve ever had. Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, she managed the room like a seasoned pro—friendly, efficient, and attentive to every detail. I ordered the honey chicken, and my friend opted for the turkey dinner; both dishes were outstanding. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
