Shalimar - Town of Clifton Park

After seeing all the fantastic reviews on Google about the buffet, I just had to check it out for myself. It was AMAZING! The prices are incredibly reasonable (lunch buffet: $11.99 per person, dinner buffet: $14.50 per person). Everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and promptly replenished as items ran low. The buffet even includes drinks. The service was excellent! The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We will definitely be returning. This is now one of our favorite spots for sure!

They offer a $14 dinner buffet, and that includes a drink! It's definitely worth the price; the food was quite tasty. Given what you pay, there's a great variety to choose from as well. The staff is very attentive, promptly refilling drinks and clearing away dirty dishes. It's truly a hidden gem, as more than half of the tables were empty on a Friday evening.

Delicious food served buffet style with a nice variety, though some trays were empty since we arrived late during lunch hours. The fried items were cold, unfortunately. The restaurant offers a delightful mix of Indian and Pakistani cuisines, which is great for someone like me who prefers Pakistani and Afghan dishes. I wish there was more lighting in the restaurant, as it felt quite dim and very much like a hole-in-the-wall place.

We've been coming here for over 10 years and everything is always perfect. The food is fresh from the buffet I never have an empty glass of tea to drink and the restaurant staff are very friendly. If you're looking for authentic Indian food go here. Don't confuse this one in Clifton Park to the one in Latham. This one is 10 times better in my opinion.

Tasty food on the dinner buffet. Can't beat the price. I have spent more on breakfast than what it cost for this all you care to eat feast.
