Empire Buffet - Town of Clifton Park

A small Chinese/Japanese restaurant with delicious meals. Good atmosphere, friendly staff and very clean.

Food was good! Very accommodating to a large group! Seemed to be short staffed, our server was sprinting around the dining room. She was doing her best but as you can imagine with her being busy the service was slow and so was the kitchen. Half of the groups entrees came out first and by the time the second half came out half the group was done eating. We waited a while but there was almost a 20 minute gap in between unfortunately. Would come back but probably not on the weekend.

I liked red mussel sushi here. Tomyum soup is delicious and seafood is fresh. It is a combination of Thai and Japanese cuisine.

The food here is consistently excellent, the service is outstanding, and the sushi is among the best I've tasted in the area. They were very accommodating with my 5-year-old daughter, who was dining there for the first time. I shared the teriyaki chicken with her, and she absolutely loved the miso soup. She also mentioned that she's really into their rice, which means she loves it!

I ordered take out and they did a nice job of packaging and getting my order out almost on time. Sushi rolls were good, a little small but they were fresh and rolled well. I'll be back.
