First Watch - Town and Country

If I could offer a zero-star review, I absolutely would. My family and I went to the T&C location and were very disappointed with the experience. We arrived and were seated quickly. Our server (Josh) took our orders and then things went downhill. We watch three other tables get seated and have their food delivered before ours arrived…despite our server telling us on two separate occasions that 'it would be right out '. Stopped in for lunch with my wife. We were seated promptly in an area they allowed us to choose. We waited for over fifteen minutes without anyone checking on us, offering to get us a beverage, etc. in this time frame five different employees (four of which appeared to be servers)were outside. Several even made eye contact with us. We gave up and left without being served.

Delightful! Sat outside with a beautiful view, food was delicious. Olivia was great — very attentive and so friendly! Love the ambience.

Very noisy and the place was only half full. The front door and the rear door leading to patio seating BOTH NEED TO BE ADJUSTED BY THE MANAGER OR PROPERTY MANAGER. Very annoying as ser vers and wait staff totally ignore the doors needing maintenance!

Kitchen and service is slipping hard. Burnt food out of kitchen and waitresses standing around talking to each other. This is sadly the only way to fix these workers
