Finally a high quality crêperie on toulouse in a refined and cozy setting. the kitchen is imaginative the cakes so sweet and salty are excellent all here is made home. the cherry on the cake: the welcome is warm without ostentation. benoit's in little care. A big thank you don't change anything!
Really special pancakes with beautiful trims (I had the andouilles, which would not be everyone's taste). excellent presentation and service. excellent desserts, and very good organic beer in bottle.
Inspired by Breton pancakes, benoît offers a healthy and inventive cuisine where all products are of the best quality (sarrasin flour from a specialized Breton mill, etc). the goat cheese cake is an absolute delight. but in addition to the classic pancakes and pancakes, it offers a dish of the day and homemade pastries. This is a place where I will return so much for the quality of the dishes, the very chic setting and the warm welcome. I recommend the reservation for lunch. If you still hesitate, say that this opinion was written by a Norman and that a Norman who congratulates a Breton is quite rare to attest to the full value of his statement;-)
