It's the first time we went to this establishment yesterday... a very nice surprise the cuisine and the presentation of the dishes were perfect. The team who took care of us too. For years we had refused to go to a restaurant on Valentine's Day evenings, last night we wanted to try the experience again and we were very pleasantly surprised 10000.. thanks again. I had already come to this restaurant before the containments and had eaten well on the terrace and I swore to come back! The beginning was a little difficult because we stayed stuck in the entrance sas without knowing if we had to drag the door of the lower room or climb the stairs, because of the service in progress I had no answer to the phone... We finally returned and there we went to the ground where we were welcomed by Marion who took care of us with great attention and professionalism giving us all the explanations on the dishes and advising us with competence on the wines to choose. We chose the menu of the chef and enjoyed each of the dishes presented. I'll be back a third time!
If you want to eat the cassoulet! Book at Restaurant Émile in Toulouse! Excellent dish with melting meats, well cooked peas. The whole thing bathed in a creamy sauce ... the secret resides ... I don't know what's giving him that fumet! But that’s good and that’s all. Reservation required.
