Firehouse Pizza Inc. - Tottenham

I wish I had something very good to say about the pizza here. However, it’s a big No for us. Sauce and Cheese and the other toppings seemed ok. But the dough or crust was what totally ruined it for us. I think firehouse pizza would be better off getting the dough from Mimi foods or fortinos. Please stop serving people this. down the drain, so sorry.

This is my go to place for pizza as it is made perfect every time and they are not shy on the toppings. I have lived in Beeton for 25+ years and this is our Friday night take out joint and they have never let me down and welcome me with a smile and story every time I go in.

I’m a pizza junkie and this place impressed me. The order was delivered lightning fast and piping hot by a delightful woman. Inside a rather heavy pizza box was a totally ooey , gooey masterpiece piled high with delicious toppings. I ordered extracheese as a single topping but think I got triple cheese cause it stretched halfway across the kitchen. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score was the crust. It was a bit dry with too much flour on the surface plus it left a bitter taste on the back of my tongue. I’m not sure what ingredient would cause bitterness, perhaps the yeast or whatever liquid was used. Anyhow, I got a knife and fork and enjoyed the cheese and toppings for what turned out to be the best keto pizza ever!

I must say this is the second pizza I have ordered from here and both were just perfect. Old fashioned style homemade pizza. Definitely not the commercial style from the competitor we all know.
