Smashburger - Totowa

The classic Smash Burger is decent. There’s plenty of parking, and it's easy to access from the highway. I plan to try some other burgers and see how they compare.

Fantastic burgers! I’ve never thought the patties were thin enough to truly be considered "smash" burgers. So the name might be a bit misleading, but they are still delicious. The French fries are fried in the booting style; they're seasoned and perfectly cooked—some of the best fries I’ve ever had from a fast food place. I've always experienced very friendly service here!

Some people really shouldn't work in a fast food restaurant. The scene behind the counter was chaotic, with staff preparing food while handling various items without washing their hands. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a shake, but I ended up tossing the shake as soon as I left because I was worried about the cleanliness of the process. The employees had touched everything without proper handwashing. On the bright side, the customers were fantastic.

This is my favorite smash burger location! The burgers are always perfectly cooked, not pink but also not burned. The Pommes are bomb! The staff is so friendly and the manager goes beyond and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with your order and experience. He's a very sweet young man! 10/10 if you definitely stop for lunch in the area.

I stopped in here in order to grab one of their swiss truffle mushroom smash chickens and a crispy chicken sandwich... The swiss truffle had only a touch of mayo and was very dry for chicken. Disappointed. And the wait for chicken is a lot longer, we basically watch nine other orders who ordered after us pick up their orders and leave before we received our chicken. Smash fries and sweet potato fries are still awesome.
