Don Carlos - Toscolano-maderno

Spend happy hour here and watch the boats come and go and the happy people getting on and off or just doing their daily passegiata.

We visited Toscolano Moderna and went for a great walk along the front . A really good walk with some fantastic views of boats , mountains , houses , hotels , campsites , restaurants bars etc plus the lake with ducks swans swimming chilling . There are some great historical houses along the route as well . We stopped at the bar on the way back had a drink and an ice cream which was delicious with friendly staff and fabulous views .

There is no better view than the one from this bar.....the village of Maderno, Monte Maderno church and boats of all sizes coming and going all day.

The position is of course super, directly on the water. the prices are appropriate. but the ice and the half-freddo tiramisu were delicious. the gelateria next door is also highly recommended.

Unspectacular bar with beautiful view of the sea. in the first row directly at the boat dock. beautiful ice cup from the connected ice salon. cocktails and wein o. k. but quite expensive.
