Chipotle Mexican Grill - Torrington

Wanted some late nite chipotle, pulled up and they forgot my sour cream. Just give me what I paid for man I need ma sour cream. :

I paid 17$ plus tip for this!! This is their Wholesome Bowl with Carne Asada. No fajita veggies, the smallest amount of guacamole, no fresh tomato salsa and it’s pretty cold. I’ve tried this location a few times, trying to give it a chance and after wasting my money yet again, I will not be returning. There’s a reason this location has a 2 star rating.Update: I took a few bites. The meat is very dry and salty. They must have given me the bottom of the pot. Very annoyed I wasted my time and money, should have gone to McDonalds at least the food is hot there.

Busy parking lot. We went inside. I ordered a veggie burrito to eat in the car with my daughter. It was so overstuffed, I couldn't even pick it up. It was delicious. I got 3 meals out of it. Place was clean and well organized. Very polite and helpful staff.

Best customer service since I’ve been at Chipotle. Cris and Fatima greeted us and Cris took and made our order. My quesadilla was excellent and my boyfriend’s Carnitas bowl was also excellent. The food was also very delicious !! Recommend the chicken :

I must be insanely lucky given that I’ve never had any major issues with my experience buying food here. Seeing A LOT of 1 reviews was actually a surprise to me. I go here so often that I have accumulating 12,000+ points in the app this Quarter at this specific location.Some tips to anyone buying here: If you’re ordering on the app, pay close attention to the order ready status. There will be possible delay, but if you follow it, most of the time you’ll get your food as soon as you show up.Its honestly a workaround that should be solved by the business, but if you want the least amount of friction, follow the order status and not the pickup time. Use the pickup time as a rough estimate, but allow 5 mins for room.As for food, the qualities level for me is consistent, but the proportions vary. I always order the bowl, and always do pickup. Because of the static/consistent size of a bowl, you can always gauge your proportions if its less then usual.As for food quality, it varies on what you order. Personally I’ve never had a problem.
