Acondicionamiento de la habitación: actualizado, junior de alta gama y la habitación fue recibida, la habitación era larga, el polvo era demasiado, la limpieza no fue limpiada correctamente, y la puerta del armario con refrigerador fue desordenada. El tamaño de la habitación es muy amplio. Todas las toallas tienen diferentes manchas. Servicio de personal: Fuimos muy amables de reemplazar, pero no nos dimos una respuesta y no lo hicimos. El servicio que estaba por gel estaba en el primer piso del personal de la cafetería, el final del desempleo estaba ocupado al principio del rey, y se sentía unos días, especialmente la actitud hacia el asiático. El servicio de habitaciones siempre viene con 1-2 órdenes rápidas o incorrectas, Food: Utobu y blog son deliciosos para ser comida, y es muy agradecido a usted. ¿Es un gusto que deberías comer tanto? Si quieres ver la suavidad del mar, te recomendamos que quieras un hotel que desee ser lujoso y tranquilo y tratar.

Me encantó ese hotel! La playa es hermosa, los empleados muy amables, la comida es deliciosa, el risoto de camarones del restaurante Italiano está divino. Lo único malo es que se llenan mucho y tienes que correr para alcanzar lugar para los demás restaurantes.

The Hotel has excellent restaurants when you can get a reservation and then have to wait up to 2 Hours just to be seated Is this the right way to treat your guests of a 5 Star Hotel. No!!! I would not recommend this hotel to any one Unless you don’t need to EAT Food Should be a Booking system in all restsurants , unacceptable as it is now !!! And I’ve been here since Christmas Day And seems to get worse every day

Also, I want to start off by saying we were part of the “Preferred” guests so it definitely made an elevated experience. We visited the first week of December and although it was pretty busy, we never waited in any long lines or felt cramped at any time. Check-in: Upon arriving we were met outside the gate by a guard that checked over the reservation to make sure everyone arriving was on the guest list. (There are no wristbands at this resort so once you’re in- you’re in. It felt extremely secure and safe. When we made it through the gate, the staff met us at the entrance and greeted us by name with a chilled hand towel and glass of champagne. To check in, you take the elevator to your floor and your butler gives you a rundown on the amenities, the property and other useful information. I recommend downloading WhatsApp in order to directly communicate with your butler. (I highly recommend doing this through the app and not regular text message Staff: the staff was attentive, classy and well trained. After every interaction they ask if there is anything else they can do for you. A very nice touch. We felt valued and cared for no matter which staff member we interacted with the entire trip. I highly recommend bringing a lot of single dollar bills or some extra cash for tipping. Amenities: Each night there was entertainment and events taking place throughout the day so there’s always something to do. The room was well appointed with modern features, two vanities, two shower heads each with their own temperature control a fully stocked minibar, a big TV and a spacious balcony. AC worked great and was very comfortable. The turndown service was impressive and a nice touch that prepares your room for a good night sleep. I highly recommend utilizing the room service for breakfast- the grapefruit juice was fresh and hit the spot. It’s worth noting that the private floors for the preferred guests had the best drinks and food. The drinks on the beach were probably the lowest quality although it’s hard to complain while drinks are being handed to you while laying down under the umbrella Building: the building appears to be the newest and nicest building on the strip. It definitely stands out as having giant floor to ceiling windows, almost 30 stories high and overall a newer property that outshines the other resorts nearby. Aside from playing a round of golf, there’s really no need to ever leave the resort. There’s several restaurants each with their own cuisine. We enjoyed the Italian and the steak restaurant and also the restaurant on the 12th floor was a fun experience and a favorite of ours. None of the restaurants take reservations but your butler can help accommodate to get you in. Overall: Secrets the Vine is my top pick for all inclusive vacation destinations. It’s really a place you can truly unwind and focus on enjoying yourself and having a good time. There were a lot of couples which makes sense and the vibe of the other guests was very relaxed and easy going. This was perfect for the occasion. Areas for Improvement: It would be nice if the private floors could make lattes- these had to get from the first floor. I will say the lobby and some areas on the first floor were a bit warm especially on days when the temperature was in the mid 80s. In room lighting was a little tricky since there are different presets that will adjust the brightness and which lights are activated.
