Always amazing cold rolls. Sushi is excellent as well. Friendly service. We drive out of our way to visit Umi Sushi at Mitcham. 10/10.

Good service, excellent sushi, always fresh.. French kiss and eel nigiri are my favourite. they are so busy during the lunch time, so if you don’ hurry sometimes , you won’t get what you are after..

No customer service and no eye contact so I left. I was the only customer, girl was ‘very busy’ restocking the rows of sushi, after a while she said ‘can I help you’ with eyes still down and I said ‘yes’ and she continued to stack sushi and then started tidying up the edges. There was a second girl not serving, but obviously too busy for customers too. So I gave up and drove to Rice Bar on Winston that has much better sushi anyway, and always has good service. Beware of customers with grey hair – they are retired and have plenty of spare time to go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, their service are rude, what you do is just waiting for ages. Really disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
