1.5 hours later, I call to see what's happening with the order. They tell me that it is coming out. I ask to speak to the manager Joa, to ask for explanations and request a discount, Joa laughs and says she can't do that, when they have offered it to me a thousand times to compensate for the mistake (Joa ended up hanging up the phone, she didn't know what to say). Terrible service, even worse customer service, no one takes responsibility for the error. The order arrived very late, cold and I had to reheat it as seen in the photo. They didn't offer me any solution. I don't understand how a person who works customer-facing has so little tact and empathy with a dissatisfied customer (and rightly so).

It is not the first time that there has been a problem with this establishment, between wrong orders, lack of any supplement or sauce, thin dough, although it was expressly ordered classic... today the Pizza arrived almost half an hour after the indicated time and obviously cold . It is probably not even the fault of the delivery person in question, too many orders to be delivered in a single trip or poor organization and the food stays in limbo for too long. So the only thing they will achieve is lose more customers by not doing a basic quality control that would take a couple of minutes to avoid these unnecessary errors.

I order often from this store but I'm going to stop doing so. They arrive very cooked and even reheated and on top of that they arrive cold. More than once I order the onion carbonara and they come without onion, I ask for normal dough and they put thin dough, overcooked pizzas. I think they pay little attention to details and pizza at this price should be more careful. The delivery service, on the other hand, is excellent. But the cook quickly but poorly. This experience has been repeated several times. The dough is somewhat hard. The last carbonara had the cheese somewhat toasted. It is made as if without desire, which quality-price reduces the quality of the product. And by the way, one day I ordered the veggies and they have them. Misleading advertising, they do not adapt to the offers. Vegetarians always paying more for the same thing. There it is to make you think about quality.
