Very nice place, a little sacrificed for space, I like larger and more airy environments, but let's say that it can do, even if a 4-star hotel that also opens the restaurant to external customers should rethink the spaces for a moment... Good service. However, we are not there on food. Only a little bit of Fassona meat, it's all leek underneath (hard and fibrous), but you discover it when you dig in with your fork... 5 Good aubergine burger, but I see it more as a side dish, because the main ingredient is the yellow and red tomato salad. 6.5 Burrata ravioli, black garlic sauce and raw prawn tartare: an invasive sauce to die for, it covers everything, it's impossible to taste burrata or prawns. 4 (for encouragement) Good tomato risotto. 7 Grilled salmon with coconut milk, curry and Venere rice: truly out of balance between coconut and curry that clash, an unbalanced, almost annoying sweet dish... 3.5 Sweets, probably the best things. 7 Culligan purified natural water, €5: but how do you do it, embarrassing. Absolutely insufficient wine list, with significant mark-ups. Bad. Dear. Now spending €170 is a moment, but I expect much more...
