Zabon Ramen - Torrance

I can't fault this place because at least they had 2 vegan options on the menu, Vegan Miso Ramen and Vegan Miso Spicy Ramen. I had the spicy version and it was decent, but I've certainly had better. I also had the potato croquettes which are also made vegan. These were crunchy and tasty, but nothing out of this world.

Had the boiled gyoza and shoyu ramen the gyoza was tasty could have been a little hotter when served but maybe served like this so the wrapper don’t fall apart. Never had boiled gyoza only the steamed and fried version but with all that it was good. Also had the shoyu ramen with the spice ball on the side. The ramen was very light and tasty with all the usual toppings. The spice ball brought a nice spicy flavorful kick… use sparingly to get your right amount of heat. Dump the whole thing in and I can see it can get HOT in a hurry. Worth checking this place out

Such a chill and cool restaurant with excellent service and absolutely amazing food. Highly recommend this place! We can't wait to return.

Great ramen with private booths. I was able to substitute pork with chicken. Sevice was excellent as well. Highly recommended.
