Bidrage med feedbackFor the price, you certainly get a generous portion of food, and the quality is impressive. I had the beef stew curry paired with chicken katsu. The only downside was that the macaroni salad was a bit bland compared to other spots nearby. One interesting addition was the crumbled packet ramen in the cabbage salad—while it seemed unusual at first, I actually enjoyed it because it added a nice crunch. If you opt for a larger portion (around $13), you're basically getting two meals, which is an excellent value.
I visited The Loft today to try some Hawaiian cuisine! My husband's dish on the left was fantastic; the meat had a really unique flavor. Unfortunately, my Hawaiian grilled chicken was the driest and most tasteless chicken I've ever had. Just a heads up for others!
This restaurant has always been our go-to spot, but it was our first visit in a year. The experience felt quite strange post-COVID; you place your order and they package it up, giving you the option to eat there or take it away. We had a party of eight and expected the usual level of service, but we were on our own. We had to go back and forth multiple times to retrieve items they forgot to provide, such as forks, napkins, sauces, another missed food order, and a drink. Most of the employees were hanging out in the back unless a customer needed assistance. Times have changed, but service should remain a priority. We ended up spending around $160 that day.
Sorry to see The Loft no longer here! Miss this Hawaiian restaurant! Had many nice waitress waiters who knows da local style 'Da Hawaiian Ways '.
