The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Torrance

My wife and I each ordered a hot chocolate through the drive-through. The person taking our order was patient while we figured out what we wanted and the the person giving us our food kept us updated on the status of the order (giving receipt first, then getting drinks) and asked us if we wanted drink stoppers. He was very friendly.

This is my go to spot for my 1st cup Coffee of the Day. I love that they Added Curbside pick up, if you have kids, in my case Grandkid, this makes it Very convenient not having to go in and out with a fussy toddler. We've all been there. I just acquired a home coffee maker, but still go get my coffee here, not to mention that I by-pass 2 Starbucks. The staff here, Starting with Miguel the store Manager, are friendly and professional. I definitely recommend you make a stop here For either a Hot Or Chilled Drink.

I love there drinks they are so creamy and refreshing. The customer service at this location is excellent.

Sammy was the best. I told her that her customer service is on point. I ask her if the manager was around, she told me she was the manager. love that she is leading by example for her staff to see how its suppose to done. Keep up the good good work Sammy!!
