Red Lobster - Torrance

Not here! Evil and rude host! Eating is okay, but not worth the money. I never come back to the trance, about to hawthorne blvd location again!

My family and I have been coming to this location for over 20 years. Customer service was always a hit or miss, after todays visit I will never return to this location, Latino female with Elvira style eyeliner was the worst I 've had to deal with here, very unprofessional and rude. She stared us up and down judging with the look of irritation on her face when we walked in. Her verbal interaction with us was short and very rude, I did not want to waste my time and money speaking to a manager with useless I will speak with my employee about this talk, decided I will just take my family somewhere else. These kinds of issues continue to happen due to bad leadership/management, prices go up service goes down. They might as well be the new Elephant Bar (used to be next to it now vacant) which had very bad service before they closed down.

I honestly do not remember the last time I went to Red Lobster prior to this visit this past weekend. We only went because my father wanted to go and eat their lobster. His loberster came out looking as if it wasn't really cooked. It wasn't clear and it wasn't really white. I got the fried shrimp. It was horrible. The breading looked and tasted very over cooked, and it was so salty that it wasn't really that edible. I took off the overly fried breading to see if it was super salty because of that but that was't the case. I tried my best to put it down but had to stop at the 5th piece as it was just way to satly. The artichoke dip was good but not great. To be honest, never coming back here again. I can see why it's been so long since I've been here. If you go, you have been warned. Pay a little more and go somewhere nicer. Not worth the cheap cost. You may ask why the 2 stars? Well, the water was drinkable and the server was nice.

Came here on a Sunday evening to enjoy dinner with my mom was seated right away which is always good when visiting a place , the waitress was great that's the only reason why it had two stars , but the food was horrible my mom got the surf and turf which she enjoyed , but my food was horrible ordered twice and sent both items back , I have sympathy for people in food services and I work in food service but at the same time give your all till closing .... the staff was great tho !!! Shoutout to the manager and waitress !

The waiter was great. Food took for ever to come out the Food was good nothing special about it..
