Outback Steakhouse - Torrance

The moment I arrived I was greeted with welcoming arms, really friendly and sweet vibe. I believe the waiter was named Kimberly, she gave amazing service that was quick and most satisfying. Great recommendation for the onion appetizer. Will totally come again.

Told us 20 minute wait when we came , the restaurant was still kind of empty. Came back 40 minutes later (the restaurant was fuller because we never received the text to sit down and they told us there are 2 parties ahead of us that have not came yet and they are waiting for them. (So why can’t we sit, if they haven’t come yet? the outside patio was completely empty with just one family eating, asked to sit there and was told that’s not open seating. I don’t understand the hassle to eat

Eating and atmosphere were good, but what made our motherday great was the service! sylvester, the manager observed that our server was very busy to take care of their big party, and he recognized me and my wife immediately. we have ordered to get rid of ourselves, broth and water. she took care of us until our server took over, was also attentive! he must be praised. they had a wonderful experience and in any case again!

The service is kind of sucked. our table was wobbly and when I asked the server if they could do something about it, they simply brought him to cost. but eating was great, great taste and cooked as we like it. if the service was better, it could have 5 stars

Hard to beat for the price definitiw one of my favorite steak houses for the price the porterhouse is good that can wait 30-45 minutes
