Bidrage med feedbackMessed up a double order (On multiple occasions of sushi and didn’t bring it out until everyone else was finished. Had to box it to go. They just apologized, but tacked on 18% gratuity in spite of the bad service. Also, my daughter had cold udon noodles but the noodles were all broken in pieces and it cost $15 (definitely NOT worth it! . You charge a lot the food should reflect it. Very disappointing!!! Need to find another nice Japanese restaurant.
I had the Seasonal Gozen and my husband had the muso black cod entree. Both had the black cod dish but it was not what we expected. It tasted really fishy, no sweetness, and left a bad aftertaste. Maybe it was just today, but we decided this will be our last time.
Three of us went for dinner. The server seemed not aware of the “Sunday Funday $10 Premium Champaign” deal and had to go in the back to confirm its existence. We ordered the sashimi assortment, a rainbow roll, caterpillar roll, negihama roll, karaage, and agedashi tofu. They were out of the oysters and ankimo which was a let down. None of the food had a wow factor. The place was nearly empty at 7:30 on Sunday night. The wine we ordered was good but I don’t think the deal of “Champaign” was actually Champaign, think it was sparkling wine. The server wasn’t attentive. At the end, it wasn’t worth $250.
The food was great and priced reasonably. The ambience is perfect. The place was almost full, but people were respectful of others and kept their conversations low. Aside from a minor mixed up with the drinks, everything was perfect. I’ll definitely come back
The restaurant said that they did not receive my request for a booth from your App. They also did not relocate us even though the booth was available for the duration of our visit.
