Bidrage med feedbackI have placed an online order and when I picked it up, the girl said that she did not order our order with a job due to the time coming I had 9min early she was saying that therefore my order does not break out in her system. she said that they will come back to the time it says that it is ready for what I did, and they still told me that my order does not spring out, I waited for almost 2 hours for them not my order ready after they show them my confirmation
Just terrible. My sister and I went at lunch time and they only had the bar area open. No cash accepted and you have to put a card on hold. They take forever to greet you. The food takes even longer. The server barely came by and left us on empty drinks. My sister had to go up to the bar to get any service. To top everything off, they automatically charge 18 gratuity on your bill. Which explains the poor service. They don't care, they still get a tip! The only thing good were the onion rings. Everything else was served cold, even the wings and fries.
I'm so disappointed. Came here to watch the NY Yankees game and the bartender said the manager had to change the channel. The manager, if he's the manager , comes and he said they don't have the game on. I was watching at home literally 15 minutes ago. So I asked him what cable company they had and he didn't even know. How in the world do you not know what cable company you have especially if you're the manager. Very disappointed. Will not come back here.
My experience was horrible all around! The waitress Catherine at this location was so rude! She made us feel like we were a bother for coming in. First, she asked for our drinks and while some of us weren’t ready she got mad and said, “I guess I’ll just get you guys three drinks” and rolled her eyes. Then she came back and asked if we were ready to order while still not taking our drinks. We had to remind her that we still had not ordered drinks. After we got our food we did not get the correct items but didn’t say anything because we were too nervous to get her upset. We had to give a tip, which I wish we wouldn’t have to because the service was the worst service I have ever experienced. What was supposed to be a nice trip turned out to be a bad experience. If I could have left a 0 tip I would have because she definitely did not deserve it.
I think 3 stars was a bit generous, let's say that. We arrived on a Saturday night around 8:50. There were several tables and booths open but we had to wait about 15 mins to be seated, no biggie. I noticed a sign posted about 18 gratuity for special events and games, I asked the hostess was there any going on and she told me no and we wouldn't be charged. When we were finally seated we were seated at a sticky table with gum stuck on the side of the table and by the trash can. It wasn't until I saw one of the busboys drag a overstuffed trash can by our table is when we noticed we were seated in front of the trash. When I went to our waiter to inform her and request to be seated elsewhere we were asked was there an odor? I was baffled because does there need to be an odor? Someone just pulled trash around our table where we will soon to be eating food. We told there were no available tables or booths available because the other open ones had a leaky roof and we should have to wait another 20 30 mins for another table. We ordered some bone in wings, mozzarella sticks and some cocktails. Wings were crispy and good, mozz sticks were fresh. The cocktails on the other hand were ok but not strong. I ordered the pineapple mojito and the new Mountain Dew Long Island. They definitely need more alcohol but tasty nonetheless. 35 mins later were were asked if we want our bill and we weren't even done eating. We got our food at 9:10 and got our receipt at 9:45. We were still charged gratuity and told we were misinformed in a snarky tone from a woman who said she was one of the managers . After this experience, I don't plan on returning to this location.
