Wendy's - Toronto

The food is great but I just have one issue. No matter what delivery services you choose you can never give special instructions nor do they answer their calls. I want the spicy chilli sauce packets with my order but there's no option for it nor can you leave instructions so that's why I gave 1 star

The soda machine is terrible. The drink tastes like the one before it, and the touchscreen is dirty from multiple people using it. When you ask the cashier to make your drink instead, they give you a strange look. The kids' meal advertised for $2.99 actually costs $5.99, and they refuse to honor the menu price or update the sign. On the bright side, the parking lot is convenient with a drive-through option.

The order was incorrect and the food was cold, not the same as what I have received in the past.

Not my fav but I still eat there too little portion . U have to wait too long to get service and too long of a wait . Ppl go there cause there’s not much choice . Price on board is different than that you pay at register. And make it worse they giving Kids organic juice no
