The Rec Room Toronto Roundhouse

The kitchen was a bit secure, but it was Sunday the family day weekend so was to be expected. We noticed that many other people got their food before us and they came after us. Wait for our food for about an hour. Good thing for unlimited popcorn! Lol Server was very attentive and kept controlling us. Was great with my nephew: made sure we keep up to date.

The service was terrible. It took 30 minutes for the server to take our order. The 40 minutes later they came back to confirm our order as they did not enter it. Then we got our first dish 30 minutes after. We have a court in the next 40 minutes. When our last court came, the first person who received their food was done for 15 minutes. After we have expressed our concern, the server said they would have a ticket for us discount, but we already had cards so that they said they could not do anything. We love to come here with our family, but after this experience we do not come back.

Good value on food, especially kids menu (clearly the idea is to make it on gaming ...soft pretzel and fries are top notch....service is clearly lacking (tons of staff but seemingly no real system in place, not the staffs fault from what I could tell ...had to ask for water twice for the table...later server brought app without any napkins (another ask ...mains arrive, including Cobb salad, no cutlery (another double ask the server who brought the food and we asked was never heard from again following a be right back ...I think most places I frequent bring cutlery and water as standard process, so this was strange...would go back, but keep the expectations low and basically expect Chuck e Cheese service

Horrible service, table was not ready and the server wasn’t helpful at all with any recommendations took the order and did not check in how things were going just an awful experience over all

Terrible experience. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. We went outside for a couple of minutes after telling the server and host and when we came back all our drinks were cleared up and they sit new costumers in our table. Worst service I have experienced. We needed to order new drinks and they charged for all of them. Additionally, extremely long wait times for the food.
