Bidrage med feedbackWe left our Royal York stay behind us and towards a certain breakfast restaurant on King St. We arrived on the sites specified address, but the pace we wanted to go was not there! We had stopped at the door of the Poet Café... ..and through the window the place looked inviting and busy. We got in and we're very happy. A small dining room with tables for 2 or 6 people, staff were welcoming and friendly and the whole mood was warm. We ordered from the Brunch menu I had the Poet Pancake a tasteful cake filled with appointments and walnuts, on the side blueberries and pomegranate seeds as well as green salad. Whistle cream and molasses on the plate. My companion ordered 'Last Night's Cure ' a portion of 2 sunny sides eggs, baked beans and slices of sausage, accompanied by an Arugula salad. The flavors were sensational! Make sure you go back to our next Toronto visit!
Elegant coffee place opposite George Brown College. You can be inspired to write a poem or two after an espresso!
Especially the interior is cool and service on a last Sunday for Brunch was excellent. The food was good and I would return. The mood is very nice and the average customer age must be around 30. The parts weren't too big.
We searched for Turkish breakfast and found this place online. They are not served with a traditional Turkish breakfast, but it is a great fusion of Turkish and Persian elements with Western cuisine. We tried Istanbul and Florentine both very... very tasty. I would highly recommend this place, which likes Turkish or medium east flavors. Make sure you make a reservation for weekends or you can end up waiting for a very long time.
I went to the restaurant with my family for brunch. It was a unique style of brunch that I really enjoyed. The prices were a bit high for a brunch.
