The George Street Diner - Toronto

Just loved this place! I had the breakfast burrito and some delicious mimosas. Very laid back, cool staff, good service, nice chill street seating on this particular Saturday morning.

One of my favourite spots in all of Toronto!! The service is some of the friendliest I've ever had. Our server was very thoughtful about making sure we'd enjoy what we ordered, from explaining what came with the breakfast sandwich, to clarifying that the iced tea was not sweetened and bringing over a sugar syrup with it.The food is sooo fresh and delicious. I'm a poutine lover and their curry poutine was incredible. You can tell the eggs are high quality by the beautiful colour of the yolk.Can't wait to come back.

Wonderful diner and amazing staff. Good classic dinner fare done well. And excellent service. Spilled something on clothes and waitress got me something to clean it up. As an aside soda water is the miracle clean-up agent. Do not hesitate to stop by.

My normal complaint is that a sandwich doesn’t have enough mayo but the BLT was luscious and dripping with the white stuff. Not too much, just enough to make it perfectly moist.

The George St Dinner was a delicious and delightful experience all-around! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the food was well-prepared and the staff was friendly and helpful. My meal was cooked to perfection and the presentation was beautiful. I will definitely be returning soon!
