Starbucks - Toronto

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch less ice with one pump of sugar, she didn’t follow the instructions. I went back to them and she made a drink (if you can call it a drink) with just ice with barely any coffee. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience with Starbucks.Really disappointing frustrated for a 6 dollar drink.

Stood at the front for a min before someone greeted me.

I have 3 Words to describe you guys: Excellence , Consistencyand Cleanliness.

My first time at Starbucks and they took half an hour to make a medium drink which was my entire break. Will go to Timmies from now on

Baristas are nice, but it looks like they haven’t cleaned the floor for weeks. The garbages are overflowing and restrooms are …don’t use them. Yikes, too bad.
