St. Louis Bar and Grill - Toronto

I ordered through “Skip the Dishes”. The wings were burnt. The sauce was flavourless and the drink they sent was warm. Avoid this place.

I wanted to give this place a second chance after being given the greenest eggs you could imagine in my take-out Cobb salad order a few months back- eggs were dry -cracking and dark, dark, dark green, tiniest sliver of yellow surviving in the center....Gross. Tossed directly into the trash when I saw them at home. I call, I inform the person who answered that I do want a Cobb salad but that the previous time I received terribly over-boiled eggs and would like to make sure they are not over-boiled prior to making said order today. She: The salads are packaged and put in the fridge so nothing I can do about it Right off the bat- I'm not impressed with this response. Me: Could you not go and look to see if the eggs are over boiled and let me know? How is this so hard She: Oooooooooooh dripping with attitude. Yep. I lost it. Me: Ooooooooooh? F%ck off and %uck you I hang up. Needless to say, second chance is their last chance. As an aside I've done customer service/food industry work my whole life so I am not judging without having done the work myself. This is not how you respond to a simple request when informed you provided sub-par quality food previously. No apology for the over-boiled eggs. No attempt at customer service whatsoever. No care in the slightest for the quality of food given out. Anyways, lesson learned never, ever, ever shall I spend a single penny there again.

The wait staff were bored.and ignored people It took minutes when they finally took order. It was thrown on the table and was not what we ordered. Asked to see manager no show. chicken was inedible and burnt. go somewhere else

The Rib’s and wings was so delicious !! Great place to eat in toronto ! The waitress was super kind and amazing. I recommend this place for spend some time with friends or family.

I were with my friends and I liked. There is a good vibe and a good food. The staff was very kind with us.
