Bidrage med feedbackI was in the area with a colleague for work and our stomachs were telling us it was time for lunch.
More of a 3.5 star cause good customer serviceI came in right when they were opening so at 11am for their lunch special.
Yeah this is a solid spot! Their green curry was a bit too thin but the sticky rice was spot on and so were the pring rolls.
Delicious food, friendly staff, and great for take-out (note: they sometimes have online promotions - if you order $30 or more of food, you get free spring rolls). I've tried the chicken wings, skewers, pad thai, pineapple curry and pineapple fried rice. The food is deceptively tasty (in a good way) with sizeable portions and is great as leftovers. Highly recommended!
Came to this area for interview far away from where i live . As i exited the subway I knew i had some time to kill and grabing a lunch would be perfect. This place is small and hidden but i am glad i walked in as i walked down on Yonge street south from Rosedale Subway Station. Place is cute and cozy with some resemblances of Thai decor. A few tables were occupied and 1 waitress was on the floor. She brought me the menu along with lunch specials. Most of the lunch specials were all 6.99$ ! Wow. Some options where Pad Thai ( your choice of protein) , Chicken glass noodles, Cashew nut Chicken , Basil beef just to name a few. I opted for the Green Curry with tofu and it comes with white steamed rice( 6.99$ ). Also for an additional 2$ you can add a spring roll and a soup or two spring rolls. I also got the 2 spring rolls. I asked for the curry to be extra spicy , although it was yummy but i would prefer more heat. Water was filled , and the veggie spring rolls were fresh ! Bill was 10$ with taxes ! Great deal for the quantity and quality. Left 15$ because waitress was nice , and i am nice. Of course i am. Will add pictures ! P.s check out the star shaped rice :)
