Had the classic #9 pho, which was quite flavourful all around, but especially the beef tripe. Serving sizes were generous for the price, and they weren’t skimpy with the amount of protein they give you. A bit of a wait to get in (went on a Sunday afternoon), but pretty good experience overall.
