Bidrage med feedbackThe food was decent, but overpriced. One major issue with this restaurant is cleanliness. While in the restroom, I witnessed an employee leaving without washing their hands. I then saw them head straight to the kitchen. This is a clear violation of basic food safety protocols. If you ever wonder why your dim sum tastes off, this could be the reason. I should have reported this to the Health Department, but I doubt anything would be done about it.
We were able to secure a table around 8 p.m. and ended up being the last patrons there by 9 p.m. Although the price was a bit high, the food came out promptly. The Chow Mein appeared appetizing, but was lacking in flavor. The honey chicken balls were tasty, and the sizzling beef was also satisfying. Despite hearing that the staff could be a bit indifferent, I was pleasantly surprised to find them to be excellent.
I finally had the chance to return to this Dim Sum restaurant after a long break due to COVID and other reasons. I am very grateful that they were able to survive the challenges and remain the best Dim Sum restaurant in Toronto. Not only do they offer a fantastic view of the Harbourfront, but they also prioritize serving delicious food. Many waterfront restaurants tend to focus on either the view or the food, but this place excels in both aspects. While it may be on the pricier side for Dim Sum, the ambiance, location, and quality of food make it worth every penny. I will always be a loyal customer!
The food is very good, but the prices are a little high. I guess you pay for the location as you look over Toronto Harbour through floor to ceiling windows. A great place for a special occasion like birthday.
The food is good. But I am giving only rating three as the owner/manager is a bad attitude guy. He infact told me if you don 't like the place to sit where they are offering you can go to another restaurant ... bad attitude guy. He...need to learn customer hospitality. It is over expensive also.
