We ordered online and selected the pick up time to be 12 20pm. We placed our order and all the information (along with the pick up time) was confirmed. We drove 15 minutes to get there for 12:20 but upon arriving, we were told that our order got extended to 1pm....They had my email and phone number and they didn 't think to let us know earlier? Unprofessional and a waste of time.Food wise, it 's nothing special. Soggy fried chicken with the fried batter/skin falling off the meat.Absolutely no redeeming qualities about this place. You 're better off going elsewhere.

Hm, there seems to be mixed reviews about this place but I actually really loved it. Maybe it's because I ordered at a non-popular time? The chicken was so fresh and juicy, definitely fried just for me. I tried the spicy large chicken, and I ordered through UberEATS. Even with the delivery time, it arrived hot! The flavor is good and not overpowering, sometimes when I eat chicken with seasoning powder on it the seasoning chokes me/makes the texture more dry.I also ordered the thai iced tea and it was really good. Only thing I would say is that there was not too much drink and mostly ice, and the cup itself is not big to start with. But for $5.99, that is cheaper than what most bubble tea places are charging nowadays so I'll say it's not the worst.100% coming back!

My go to fried chicken spot! Always so fresh and crispy. They added a lot of new things on the menu which is nice ? I have to go atleast once a week to get my weekly dose of authentic Taiwanese Fried Chicken.

Ordered 1 lb of chicken wings, and only received 10 tiny wings， with a total of 303grans(0.6 lb), including the box.Called the store and they says 1 lb 10 piece, and half pound 5 piece. Well, the 1 lb chicken wings should renamed to “10 tiny pieces of wings”, otherwise it’s just misleading, or false advertising.Was a loyal customer. Used to drive a long way to buy chicken because I was out of the delivery range. Really disappointed this time.BTW, I noticed the whole restaurant was filled with unpleasant, thick oil fumes, and employees are just wear surgical masks. I think respirators with a level of P95 or P100 can protect their respiratory system against such serious fumes.

A friend of ours lives close and she raves about Monga chicken so I thought we give it a try. Ordered 2 of the signature chicken pieces spicy and a 4 piece combo 2 salt pepper and 2 hot.The crunch on the breading and spice was very good. What surprised me was almost half of the signature pieces of chicken was rib bones with breading that was an unpleasant surprise. May try them again but order just chicken tenders with honey.
