Iruka Sushi - Toronto

This sushi restaurant is the best I've ever been to. The sushi is incredibly fresh and generously portioned. Great job, guys! I absolutely loved it.

I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because, on multiple occasions, I have been denied dine-in service even when arriving half an hour before closing. In the rare instances when they do allow dine-in, they only give me 5 minutes to place my order, which is not very convenient as most restaurants do not operate in this way. However, despite these inconveniences, the food is amazing. My personal favorite is the shrimp tempura rolls.

The food at this restaurant was quick, fresh, and tasty. The bento box lunch special was excellent.

This is the second time I have the same issue with my takeout, I ordered salmon avocado and the rolls are full of salmon pieces, odds and ends and even salmon skin. I called the restaurant the first time and they apologized and offered me another order which was good. Hence why I ordered take-out again, but this time I don’t care to, I just couldn’t eat one of the rolls. I am disappointed as I have had good food and service when I have ordered in, it seems to be just for takeouts or it’s a new chef…

I have been ordering from this place a couple of time but today I had the worst experience. Went to pick my order and ask for it. The waitress was busy to take care of customers dining in and typically ignored me to come back after and serve another client came after me.Even saying sorry seems hard for her to say it.I would never go back to this place again!
