Bidrage med feedbackOh my god, every item we ordered in the menu was a joy. the standout was the monkfish pâte; simply but so tasteful! the staff was beautiful, and the vibes were very cool and relaxed. I was surprised how quickly the place filled = 1 hour after opening, so either come early or make a reservation if you want to sit.
Just my favorite restaurant in toronto. I love to come here for any special staging. my favourite dishes are the cold Dashi-Eiplantage, spicy tofu salad, maisfritter and the mönchspaté. service is always exceptional and the atmosphere is cozy and friendly.
Grilled saba and the monks living pate were great! was not a fan of their cocktails. but I would probably go next time a beer with these diners drink :

Delicious plum wine!!!My highlights for food: Gai Laan (that sauce though), Monk Liver Mousse and PLEASE SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT!!The Japanese milk toast with Taro Ice Cream truly changed my life. The temperature, the texture, sweet and salty. Omg I can't stop thinking about this dessert!!!
