Hendriks Restaurant Bar - Toronto

We enjoyed our meal there however we specifically asked for a booth and Hendricks came back confirming they got our message. When we got there they said they were no booths available for two people and that they were only for parties six and more. So we took a pub table that was offered to us. However, when we left and walked by the front of Hendricks restaurant we noticed on the other side of the restaurant they were many empty booths available able to take a party of two, party of four, and a party of six. They did not tell us the truth and I don’t think they even tried to put us in a booth because clearly they were not offering booths to anyone, maybe because they didn’t want to pay for the extra staff. For that reason alone they get a 3 rating and we won’t be going back there anytime soon.

Our service was very good -there was a small hiccup that was corrected quickly- and the food was delicious.

Food was great, loved their fast service and great food

They are very busy and should hire more staff. Staffs are overwhelmed because they have a lot to do! Everything else was so good, friendly service and delicious food

It was our anniversary and pre-dinner before a show .
