Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant used to be amazing! The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were lovely. However, in the past six months, the quality has declined a bit. My coworkers and I used to come here for dine-in a couple times a month and the portion sizes were always great. But we noticed that the takeout portions are much smaller. For example, I had a veal panini sandwich when dining in and it was a good size with amazing bread. But when I ordered it for takeout, it was a small bun and cutlet for the same price. Today, when we went in for lunch with a large group, our mains were decent but not as spectacular as before. Some dishes needed more flavor, pizzas needed longer cook time, and the chicken in the salads was overcooked. Overall, the food quality has decreased recently. The service is still excellent and the atmosphere is still cozy. It's a shame that we can't give a better rating to our once favorite local spot.
This is hands down my favorite Italian restaurant in the GTA. The food is so delicious that I would be happy to have it as my last meal. I would do anything to eat their Arancini every day. Their gnocchi and pizzas are also amazing. Plus, it's a family-owned business so make sure to support local!
I ordered from Uber Eats today and this was hands down one of the worst meals I have ever had. The pasta was overcooked and bland, the calamari was rubbery and inedible, and the sauce was watered down to the point of resembling soup broth. I have never felt compelled to write a review before, but I was so grossed out by the quality of the food I received. It tasted even worse than low-quality resort food. I was shocked that they would charge almost $25 for such a subpar dish. I ended up throwing it all away because no amount of parmesan could save it. Overall, extremely disappointing.
We came on their 25th anniversary, so we were treated to free cake! The service was good, and the interior was super cute. The pastas were good, nothing extraordinary, though. Would come back if I was in the area.
Simple, no frills relax Italian restaurant. It’s not fancy, but it’s exactly what we wanted on a Friday after work a relaxing environment, doesn’t break the bank, no waiting and not overly crowded restaurant to grab a bite. Don’t expect freshly made pasta or any super high end ingredients it’s a simple Italian restaurant serving simple food that replicates what you can make at home but you’re too tired to and don’t want to wait in a 1 hour wait list on a Friday evening. Love this place and will definitely be coming back!
